Sub-Contractor - RESIDENTIAL - COMMERCIAL REPAIRS

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and reliable Sub-Contractor with a brandable vehicle, valid driver's license, and basic tools to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in performing various basic home repairs, ranging from basement to roof repairs. As a Sub-Contractor, you will be responsible for executing repair tasks efficiently and to a high standard. This is an entry-level opportunity, offering a salary between $50,000 and $75,000, depending on experience and proficiency.

Responsibilities:

• Perform a wide range of basic home repair tasks, including but not limited to plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, drywall, flooring, and roofing.
• Assess repair needs and provide cost estimates to clients or project managers.
• Carry out repairs efficiently and in accordance with established safety guidelines and industry standards.
• Ensure the quality and durability of repair work by utilizing appropriate tools, techniques, and materials.
• Communicate effectively with clients, project managers, and team members to understand repair requirements and provide updates on project progress.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring proper care and storage of tools and equipment.
• Adhere to project schedules and deadlines, effectively managing time and resources.
• Collaborate with other team members and subcontractors as needed to complete larger projects.
• Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client concerns and ensuring satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Valid driver's license and a brandable vehicle to travel to various job sites.
• Possession of basic tools necessary for performing a variety of home repair tasks.
• Proven experience in performing basic home repairs, demonstrating proficiency in multiple areas such as plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, drywall, flooring, and roofing.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship.
• Ability to work independently, follow instructions, and problem-solve on the job.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients, project managers, and team members.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage time effectively to meet project deadlines.
• Ability to pass a proficiency skill test to demonstrate competence in various repair tasks.
• Willingness to undergo a background check as part of the qualification process.
• References from previous clients or employers to verify experience and reliability.
