Responsibilities:

• Identify and evaluate potential land development opportunities within the assigned territory.
• Conduct thorough research and analysis of market trends, property values, zoning regulations, and development potential.
• Build and maintain relationships with property owners, real estate agents, brokers, and other relevant stakeholders to identify potential land acquisition opportunities.
• Negotiate and secure land acquisition deals, ensuring favorable terms and conditions for the company.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including legal, finance, and development, to facilitate smooth and efficient acquisition processes.
• Conduct due diligence on potential land acquisitions, including feasibility studies, environmental assessments, and title searches.
• Prepare and present reports, financial models, and investment proposals to management for evaluation and decision-making.
• Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and regulatory changes affecting land development and acquisition.
• Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to expand professional connections and generate leads.
• Maintain accurate records of land acquisition activities, contracts, and correspondence.

What You Will Learn:

• Proven experience in land development and real estate acquisition, with a strong track record of successful deals.
• In-depth knowledge of land acquisition processes, zoning regulations, and market dynamics.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and financial modeling skills to evaluate potential deals and assess profitability.

• A valid real estate license is preferred but not mandatory.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned territory as required.

Compensation: This position offers a commission-based pay structure, providing the opportunity to earn based on successful land acquisitions. The commission structure will be discussed during the interview process.
